Mrs. Jones,..
Yes, I do know the difference between outstanding, authorized, & restricted shares. My problem stems from the fact that I sometimes use these words interchangeably. My fault, I'll do better next time. But for the record, outstanding shares are those shares that are actually trading in the public float. Authorized shares are those shares the company has the RIGHT to authorize for public trading. Restricted shares are those shares that usually insiders of the company(but not restricted to) are authorized to buy & sell. As for the increase in authorized, outstanding, & restricted, I by no means started that rumor. I made reference to Marty's post because he stated, "He(PAUL) said they raised the total in anticipation of being a worldwide player." Here's a copy of the e-mail that was being thrown around...

New board member Michael Stamms Wife
As I'm sure everyone is aware, this particular gentleman was correct in his assumption about Stamm's wife. Whatever it's worth, it did give more credence to his other statements as well. Let's see here, I think everyone agrees that there were 18 million OUTSTANDING shares when new management took over. I think this number was provided by Marty and I'll go back and check. If Mr. Best's figures are correct, there now appears to be 62 million(a 400% increase). Now, if you include the "RESTRICTED" shares, this number comes to 172 million. The problem here stems from the fact that NO ONE knows the rules & regulations for the "RESTRICTED" shares. What price were these shares bought for? Who were these shares issued to? Are there any time constraints involving these shares? When do these "RESTRICTED" shares become "NON-RESTRICTED"? Are these "RESTRICTED" shares being traded today? Are they going to be traded tomorrow? Next week? Next year?
Mrs. Jones, if you're a VERY serious investor in NAMX, I would suggest taking a look at TEIM's latest financial report. You will see an AMAZINGLY similiar scenario concerning authorized, restricted, and outstanding. Papers that were produced by the company itself. Not by me or anyone else. As for the Healthcare Field, I've been told Mr. Vann is making quite a bit of money.
~Gerry~,...You want my work or home number?? I'd LOVE to hear from ya!
