The Russians are consolidating their oil industry into one, beeg-ass thing. I have no idea where to find news about this on the WWWeb, Glen - but I'm sure it's there, somewhere. I read all about it in the (gulp!) newspaper.

CL98H March oil futures closed at 16.38, down -0.18 and a new low. If it opens at 16.48 tomorrow, and closes higher - it will make a morning star and indicate a turnaround in the oil futures.
