Newly Disclosed NSA Documents Shed Further Light on Five Eyes Alliance By Scarlet Kim, Paulina Perlin Monday, March 25, 2019, 9:11 AM In July 2017, Privacy International and Yale Law School’s Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic (MFIA) filed a lawsuit against the National Security Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the State Department, and the National Archives and Records Administration seeking access to records related to the Five Eyes alliance under the Freedom of Information Act. The Five Eyes alliance emerged from spying arrangements forged during World War II and facilitates the sharing of signals intelligence (SIGINT) among the U.S., the U.K., Australia, Canada and New Zealand. At the time Privacy International and MFIA filed the lawsuit, the most recent publicly available version of the agreement governing the Five Eyes alliance—known as the UKUSA Agreement—dated back to 1955. That version of the agreement provides that the Five Eyes are to share, by default, all SIGINT they gather, as well as methods and techniques relating to SIGINT operations. Quite the track record 0bama’s admin has. His Secretary of State took in $100’s of billions from foreign entities for her personal foundation and her hubby took in $millions in speaking fees all while she was actively serving. 0bama had his DOJ (emails from page & strzok confirmed 0 warned to know everything) using 5 eyes contacts to frame Trump via Papadopoulos & Page. Top it all off with Hilda & 0bama paying $1 million for the Russian dossier & having their DOJ fluff it all up for the fisa court. Lock them all up.
