Congress ain't gonna go fer it, though. Doesn't a big chunk of what's been promised by the US have to be approved by congress before it can go to the IMF?

HI Mike again; Last quater ? :-) they have been creamed last 2
quaters, that one is down 14 to 5.61 since sept. But was worse
and looks to be over the worst, and headed up now. The thing
is it's no commission or fee for me to hop in it, and carries
no redemption charge, so a small bet there is not likely to
hurt me much, and has some upside if every thing don't get
worse. Thing is we really started down back late in July, it just
was not so not so notice able, they really followed us down,
and wont do flip if we keep going one step forward and two
backwards..the rest of the worlds stocks are not going to go
steaming up while we go down. It just don't work like that.
ASIA may and will likley out pace us going up, if we ever really
start up. I think Dow got to get it's butt back up to 8300
or close before problems will work out in Asia.
There may be a bubble but it wont last. Just like Mexico did
with the bail out, but she's back down now.
I use to not think that way, but I see things now I over looked
before.
Jim
