"Fall some before it goes up" - could be so, and Cash - True, but imho I don't in effect think that's what will be driving the stock from here (but does finally limit downside risk). Don't get me wrong, definately it's a good thing, no doubt, but as always imo it's the perceived future earnings that will drive the stock. Right now the market seems to say - "sorry PWAV but your future earnings will be flat" which to my opinion only stands to reason considering the total blackout in Asia and obviously no firm vision of revenue into other markets/customers. That said, ROE is around 20% (I think) but will go down over time all else equal (cash-flow?). This is another positive, but again I'd say it depends on their future revenue and earnings and who can say (could be anyting from fantastic to total disaster right?)? Another positive I would beleive is their know-how, I think (with the minute research I've done) they seem well equipt in this sense. All in all, I am at least making a virtual investment... :) so I agree, upside looks indeed more in favour considering potential and downside risk.
