David, RE: AMZN. With the huge short position and small float, it is no surprise that AMZN has no shares to short. An alternative is a synthetic short, described in these posts:

Of course, AMZN is now around 60 and the short interest has increased to 2.27 Million shares - so the options to use are the Jul 55s (ZQNGK, ZQNSK) or Jul 60s.
