Wharfie, We have no way of knowing that. You also have no way of knowing that Russia's meddling in the election had any effect whatsoever. But you and the media assume that without any evidence whatsoever. You can't even find one voter who came out and said, "I would have voted for Hillary had I known that Russia was messing with my mind." Yet the voter fraud that was uncovered in NC was real, and it represented votes that should not have been cast. I'd say that's a hell of a lot more of a proven effect than Russian meddling.
