Hi Larry, I was trading DIGI's stock in the mid '80s, but wasn't a continuous owner of shares until I bought in in August of 1991. Since then I've been pleased with the activity even up through this last fall. There have always been some MAALOX Moments in the ownership of this equity. I have to admit that the Compensation Committee needs to get a more realistic perspective of value vs performance. Let's hope that they surprise us all with a great year. Best regards, Tom
