Tom, although I do understand your feelings I have to disagree with you about the long term outlook for the company. It is no secret that the numbers have been slow to come out and that news is also scarce. However, things are not all that bleak. Orders are starting to come in and will continue to do so. I think that the contacts made at SEMA will be a big help to the bottom line. Lenox is hovering just below profitability and I believe it will move into the black in the 1st or 2nd quarter of this year. Profitability will be driven by relationships that Lenox is forming with smaller companies. Sales come a lot faster and easier from privately owned firms (like the one that placed the marine foam order) than from companies like Ford and GP. If sales to small firms continue to escalate and even one of the big potential contracts comes through Lenox could really go through the roof.

Tom

I have to agree with you on a byout, Management is moving to slow to keep
ahead of other company's and there "answer", ie Alied Signal, Dow, Dupont
and others are agressively marketing water based resins to the automotive
industry.

Euan

I have to agree with you also, However there are a few things to keep in
mind, the patents start to run out in 8 years, and more importantly the
the patents deal with the extraction of lignin, as you know lignin was
first discovered in the 1880's and it is used extensively in the building
industry today with several manufactures producing lignin based products

Dan

Yes I got the Lenox Leaf after several faxes (3), I though I got blackballed!
But Dan its not that impressive, front page canoe seat wasn't this there
first contract 2 1/2 to 3 years ago, the letter was a little better and
showed more growth potental for the company. But honestly Dan would't you
have liked to seen a press release letting everone know about the trade
show, during COMDEX how much press was ther just stating a company booth #.
More disclosure and more aggresive management is the only chance to score
big with this company, money will be made but nothing like we all thought
when you started this board.

GO INSTA-TRAK, Alied Signal can get aggresive.

Best of Luck
