Beijing is tough, even on women. I read on the news today that

"Beijing kept mum, even though Trump spoke about a meeting with Xi".......

and then saw the market take off a little later because Beijing finally released mum. :)

Now that she is free to go and do her mom things, I hope we can get out of this Trump Terror zone and give the world markets a chance to recover some semblance of normalcy. Control in the hands of a terrorist is not good for anyone.

Or is that too much to ask with mum on the loose?

:)

albeit differently, and one resides in Beijing, the other Hong Kong

I have said this many times.. Folks in West do not typically understand this

just practical / pragmatic and want to be left alone, as is, in situ, full stop.

Yep .. Very apt Chinese description... OK.. Not FULL stop.. at the folks level... Governments are always a bit off...
