I said "no" to spending cuts because the debt increased by over $2 trillion under Trump and republicans passed a tax cut that's costing around another $2 trillion. So, when they raise taxes to pay for the $4 trillion of new debt they're creating after just two years in office we can start talking about spending cuts. Until then, I'd be wasting my time.
