Shorting ONSL is quite dangerous. Internet stocks are skyrocketing on hypes in general. Almost all of them have poor fundamental, if there's any. Their stocks are up is because most of the shares are held by mutual funds and the companys. Floats are so low that short sequeeze happens almost everyday to drive up the price.

So, when will the stock price fall? Maybe never! As long as MF keeps the stocks and ANALysts hype them, the stupid crowd (beginning investors) will buy.

As to the dilution effect of additional shares, that can be a bear-trap that kills all shorters. So you think more shares available will kill ONSL? The same thing was expected for AMZN a couple months ago and it never happened. Remember that you borrow shares from mutual fund managers (who hold most shares) to shortsell the stock; and the MFM's can request immediate return of their stock anytime. These things just keep on happening without notice. But lots of shorters are killed in the process.

I appreciate the info and cautious warnings....I did short it today: got 3/4 point and covered (could only get 500 shares, so it wasn't exactly a fortune)...while I think it could quickly see the low 20's or worse if and once it breaks 25, I don't want to be holding the overnight bag if it continues its upwards climb....I may try again tomorrow, depending on how things look...I'll give up a possible big gain if it totally collapes in exchange for being able to sleep more peacefully and not having to worry about being caught on the wrong end. When one plays with fire, it pays to keep one's hand as far away from the fire as possible.....
