RDK,
Trump will be charged by the State of New York for Tax Fraud, Insurance FRAUD, money laundering, mortgage fraud, charity fraud, obstruction of justice, and most likely several other charges.
The office of the New York Attorney General is a corrupt, political arm of the state. Prince Cuomo himself set the tone of that office while he was Attorney General.

Thanks to him, Intel was forced into an Albany semiconductor consortium that they only recently left (like four years ago).

I personally don't think any threats of lawsuits from the state of New York has any meaning whatsoever. Trump will fight those charges tooth-and-nail, unlike Intel who caved because they just didn't have the political clout.
