Zumu Gu Xilai a disabled and elderly aspiring-pilot sued Boeing today for building aircraft without a handicapped-friendly cockpit which is standing in the way of her dreams of becoming an international commercial pilot with Air China Ltd.

At a news conference with the Xinhua News Agency Zumu Gu demanded Boeing redesign their flight-decks to accommodate her limited mobility and stroke-weakened muscles on the left side of her body.

"All I have ever dreamed of doing is being an international commercial pilot with Air China Ltd. and the design of Boeing's flight decks are preventing me from reaching my cherished dream before by 80th birthday," Gu said.
