I agree with you that UI needs to focus on their real estate niche before allowing resources to other segments of the market.

That said, many of the photographers must also be doing shoots for businesses and individuals.

Questions that come to my mind:

1- Are photographers using UI's business solution to manage ALL of their volume and, if yes, how does it work for non-real estate vs. real estate clients? Are non-real estate clients aware their photographer is on UI's software?

2- What's the incentive to use UI instead of Meero if you are a real estate photographer with a) gigs or b) no gig in other segments?

I feel like having a niche focus is key for UI for now. There is optionality in the platform though... I don't think this is a winner take-all market. It's a Uber for photographers. I'd be very happy if UI becomes a Lyft.
