That's always safe and smart... for me, I just keep my positions based on my signals and I figure all the jumping up and down is just market noise, it goes away after a while and then the markets are left on its own to do what it would have done in the first place... so, I just hold my positions based on my signals and try not to peek too much while the FED circus parades through town...

After an hour and 15 minutes these markets are pushing the highs again, looks like the circus has finally moved on... although I did have to change my diapers twice...

I dumped my BA, took a good gain from yesterday's initial rally, that's enough of a move since it's not even part of my typical trading menu...
