No great loss there. That salmon is nasty...bought it once by mistake. Never again. It is frozen in the US, put a ship to China, thawed out, deboned, refrozen and then put back on ship to send to the US. It is mush by the time you go to thaw it out and cook it. It sells for about $6-$7 dollar a pound here or you can buy passable salmon for $9 or premium for $15.
