How did they get on with prosecuting the captain and crew of the Vincennes? And when is Lt William Calley due for release from jail? How about the swarms of Iraqis killed in the conquest of Saddam and the aftermath? As well as the Collateral Murder victims. Oh, that's right, the Americans want to jail Julian Assange for disclosing the murders, not the murderers.

The idiot pilot should not have flown over a known war zone. 2 weeks earlier, the stupid pilots of my A380 flew over the area. I could not believe we were heading straight for Ukraine. I assumed they would divert around. They did not. I was very glad to come out the other side. I was tempted to remonstrate with the crew about the obvious planned course but air crew do not have brains and look on anyone as a problem to be tazed and jailed for threatening an airline crew = they are stupid as shown by flying over desperate men fighting to the death.

I made the mistake of thinking I had warm clothes on and the A380 is huge so if an engine and piece of wing was destroyed it would leave plenty of aircraft to land. I did not know those clever rockets aim at the cockpit and explode just outside it so anything can be destroyed.

It seems to be a case of misidentfication, but maybe not. Maybe it was a strategy to bring international attention to the conflict by destroying a dirty great airliner and all on board. It certainly got attention. Or maybe it was just some vicious evil-doers with a rocket to play with.

Airliners flew over constantly so they can't have been surprised to see contrails in the sky overhead flying that direction.
