just spoke with omar. what is out there on edgar regarding the 8k has already been done and already is converted. this was from august from what he told me,and there is no more stock to be converted. it is all done. call him at 713-629-5998 if there is more issues on this than what he told me. tomorrow there will be a release stating oilex position in 1997, and the goals of the company for 1998 in another week there (( should)) be another release on the production numbers, and also a statement concerning the stock, and the debentures of stock that took place. hopefully good news is coming.
