Archie, I don't want to rehash CATS, it's been talked about enough. You can get more info by reading past notes here, going to the JMAR website, looking at the earnings reports, and calling JMAR to get more info. To summarize, let's just say that CATS didn't live up to the expectations that JMAR had when they acquired it. It lost a lot of money in the last year and dragged down JMAR's earnings. Without those losses JMAR would have had a much better year. - Dave
