Thanks and will keep the USB3 issue in mind. Usually when I clone, both drives are plugged directly to the motherboard, but have made clones with USB. Have licensed Acronis True Image for 2010, 2013, and 2017 where I got a 5 license bundle. Actually liked the 2010 interface best and with 2013 didn't feel as much control. Had to buy 2017 because 2013 isn't compatible with Windows 10. I'm also a fan of WD external drives and have bought both the Elements and My Book versions. :) Josh * * *
