That's what bugs me about IBM. Why the runup yesterday if the report was going to bad?

LONG on AMAT and KLAC and INTC here.

We still have a ways to go to reach reasonable levels IMO. Once the earnings report comes out, we should see low to mid-40's assuming the outlook is as they have said in the past. They've been sticking with their forecast of $2.08-$2.15.

The first quarter was their worst of the last four(I believe something like .09). Once we get this out of the way and replace it with .50 or even better, we are looking at a TTM of $1.73. Using today's TTM p/e on the new 12 mo earnings, we are looking at a price of nearly $44! KIM that at $44, the stock would still be trading at the same valuation levels of today(in terms of P/E, not PSR or P/B etc.).

Hopefully, a + CC and additional backlog can send this one much higher in the not too distant future. I still find it woefully undervalued. Just my .02

Regards,

Brian
