The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of over-the-counter trading of the securities of Rocky Mountain International, Ltd. ("RMIL"), a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company which holds itself out to be a garment manufacturer and water bottler,... The point of holds itself out to be a garment manufacturer and water bottler is key: how can it be a water bottler if they have not merged? Pugs advised us today that the merger will actually take place and be completed in the future, but before the end of the month. Therefore, if his post is true, then they are not a bottler today nor last month nor the month before that... Pugs also advised the building will be up in 8 weeks. For this to be accomplished the steel must be on the jobsite within the next two weeks and the construction must start immediately thereafter. Is the entire new building going to be built on the existing slab? Pugs, will you please advise and answer this question? It is important for validation of your post. Thanks.
