Then if a person owned a lot of debentures,and he had the money,then it would be wise of him to start buying large quantities of stock,a little at a time,to run the price up(of the stock).Needless to say I expect the stock to start moving up pretty soon.

Further correction: the db's mature on December 19, 2002, not in 2001 as I had indicated in my explanation...(I am becoming sloppy in my old age - sorry). I got filled yesterday at 120 (even though no "ask" was ever posted - I assume my broker arranged it with "their" broker - I had changed my original 115 bid to 127 and got filled at 120 - guess my broker did a good job).
