Then if a person owned a lot of debentures,and he had the money,then it would be wise of him to start buying large quantities of stock,a little at a time,to run the price up(of the stock).Needless to say I expect the stock to start moving up pretty soon. thanks for explaining the dbs' to me. good explanation Sav, especially hjighlighting the other factors like businness risk, interest rate risk,... And thanks for clearing up what 115 means. one thing: 1000/1.60 = 625 shares, not 650. Regards, VC
