Florida Power and Light is tremendously criminal in the way they're implementing solar, which is typical of Florida.

A.) In 2016 FPL funds and passes a deceptive voter ballot initiative which made it possible for them to refuse to buy power from customers with solar panels on the roof of their home or business.

B.) Now FPL imposes a surcharge on every customer's bills to pay for the Florida Power to build solar panel farms, most likely on farm land which is no longer profitable. All future damage and repairs to FPL's solar farms will be paid for by customers as customers pay higher electric rates.

It seems almost everything that happens in Florida is designed to be a new way for business and government to cheat the people who live there.

Florida is also the center of fraudulent call centers, global financial fraud and drug smuggling. Florida has been the retirement home of criminals since long before Al Capone. Birds of a feather flock together.
