Thanks for the link. Good stuff! The added competition from ADSL can only speed things up! In my opinion the following comment in the article is key:

... Yet, in the end, Microsoft, Intel and Compaq don't care who wins. If people get on the Internet over cable lines, phone lines, or the airwaves, it makes little difference. "All we care about is getting the bits in and out of the home," said Tom Waldrop, spokesman for Intel Corp.

Good link Sonny to Yahoo story. A Morgan Stanley analyst thinks the market will become "euphoric" in the first quarter - with technology stocks leading the way. He mentions Intel by name, along with some other larger players like AMAT, Cisco, etc. He thinks Asia hype is overdone, and the economy will overheat.
