L2 shares showing available for purchase are very few. Of course the MMs can hide that stuff easily. But several buyers have stepped to the plate and it appears that APCO is gaining nice strength here. There is definitely accumulation today. Very only a couple sells so far.

Chart indicators are going to look REAL GOOD tonight.
