two weeks ago I was in LA.
It was colder there than in the East (NYS).

Now about Climate Change and the fight against it,
We should make a Table to account all State-wise expenditures on CC,
and another Table to account renewed State activities that aggravate CC or add to CO2 emissions.
When there finally comes National consensus and policy, the state's cumulative expenditures and activities are considered in decisions whether to save them and let them die.
