Great questions. In the case of the Judges one has to understand the CLUB. What you will see and hear is the discussion of taking it to the Supreme Court to have them review it to put in new guidelines etc. AS if that really is needed. Nah. they just needed to do their job which was to NOT allow anyone to go after someone due to politics, dislike and similar. So do NOT be expecting any one to be outed. We might hear a name or so leaked but there will not be any action against. As for ROSENSTEIN, I'd say he got a pass because he did sign that doc with AG BARR and previously he had his discussions with POTUS where POTUS listened and then said IMO POTUS would give R a pass IF. Thus it was no surprise R decided to step away. The only harm R will experience is Joe D who is quick to call him out for his actions and non actions. TRUE. But OL R was just trying to go along with the crowd. After all they did expect H to win and there would NOT be any recourse and then they actually thought they could force DJT out. AND would have if it had NOT been DJT. A MITT ROMENY would have rolled faster than a speeding bullet. Simply because OL MITT has a history of such. COMEY? As much as many will want to protect him I expect a recommend to indict will be presented. The guy did more harm to the agency in the few years he was there and it will take YEARS to turn it around. POTUS is now in the stage of when to do this and that. The recent delay of ICE to AFTER the DEM debates was a good idea. WHILE he gave the date of 2 weeks he can change that to 1 week if he so chooses and I will not be surprised if he doesn't IF the dems do not step up and ACT. He doesn't want to let too much time to pass and allow for some pre arranged bad act to then be used against him. Ya got to love some of these folks. They do ALL they can to resist and obstruct and then when something goes astray or is delayed they then do the hey see,, he didn't do this or that. IRAN is a classic. That regime has been pulling their chit for 40 YEARS. And had the USA acted as they should have many times beforehand we would NOT be having a discussion about Nuclear or IRAN would not have a foot print all the way down to YEMEN and Venezuela. If you noticed recently someone put up a map of where IRAN could have those tied to them strike IF POTUs had attacked IRAN. That thought would not even exist if things were done correctly 40/30/20/10 or even a few years ago when OBAMA was handing them back BILLIONS of which IRAN admitted they would use a portion to fund their franchises. Yup we live in a world of stupidity. Actually a world of kick backs, bach sheesh/ SP? Which includes those F.I.S.A judges. What were you guys thinking. Oh that's right you were NOT thinking for you didn't think you would get caught. BUT ya did. Lastly we have yet to see POTUS go on the OFFENSE. I expect he will and when he does the other side is going to be so busy trying to protect themselves. LEST WE FORGET it is POTUS DOJ. When POTUS says WE SHALL SEE it's because HE KNOWS. Fintas

Boente took over for former chief legal counsel James Baker, (Snip). Boente’s job at FBI was/is to bury information, block congressional inquiry, and protect the crew.
