It depends on your time horizon and risk tolerance. I can't tell you any more than that except I have had a target of 8 5/8 on APCO for a while now.

I do not have L2 so take mine with a huge rock of salt. I was told that as soon as it 7 the volume jumbped by 40K. If this a block buy then that guy is at 7. Iam not sure how useful this is. But a piece of info to put in your equation.
