As we have seen, a formal conviction of a sitting president is currently impossible under DOJ guidelines, so that goes without saying.
Just because it goes without saying doesn't give you a license to make s--t up out of thin air.

"Appearance of guilt" is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. And given the volume of dumb things you have posted recently, that's quite an accomplishment on your part.
