Well, I can think of two possible reasons for a bond sell off...

1) Rate cuts - buy the rumor, sell the news, and

2) These markets will continue to rally big time, the velocity of the dollar accelerates, and the economy begins to heat up, so the FED has to raise rates to curb inflation...

Either way, I think bonds have to go down now, if not tomorrow morning, they have to go down soon enough without rallying much more from current levels...

Oh, by the way, I was stopped out of all my TBT this morning... I'll try again another time...

I'm still long TLT and TMF in my portfolio, so no loss there...
