Now old man..when have I ever hollared at you ....about anything...let alone conflicting statements... I guess I show deference to you and the other old geezer I know who definitely busts my chops on a regular basis... are you trading your system yet? btw, we arent closing above your level AND THAT IS MY prognostication...and if that is wrong we arent closing above the 50 dma on the dow I wonder if Camp knew Rubin would be glooming and dooming today and at what time? edit...the dow is droppping as Robert Rubin talks gloom and doom over Asia you can tell the floor is listening to CNBC! down and down and down the more Rubin talks... now lets see if he says anything positive for the dow to turn around a little bit

mSFT .85 vs .82 ----------- Ok nemer we closed above your level but still below my 50dma...so no stick in the eye for me today did we do it in your 30-40 minute time frame..if not..it was pretty close

I do feel for poor Bubba...legal advice would be KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT...but as a politician and President..he has to face the music and face it fast...Personally I dont care if he bent his willy in every direction (JFK did it all the time) ... just dont obstruct justice buddy...(surely he wouldn't be that STUPID to do it where he could so easily get caught......but then again..there was Nixon!!!...we now have ZIPPERGATE) WOO WOO...it looks like tomorrow another down day....been along time since we have seen S&P's up or down by 6 points this early....lets just blame it on Bubba I guess... It will be interesting tomorrow to see how the reporters on CNBC will report this...I guess we will be able to see who is a Democrat and who is a Republican ( I think ron insana is a republican)..
