Scott, I don't think your suggestions are irrelevant at all. First, Maurice could travel to the US if he can get in touch with one or more willing physicians. Second, let's not forget about the potential number of lurkers in similar straits who may not be as vocal as Maurice. They certainly could benefit from the information you've posted. And, belated thanks for the anti-CD40L post; very nice outline of a potentially successful clinical development strategy. PB
