On the violent labour demos in Thailand: I read it, but I still find it hard to believe that things got really so bad in SEA. This thread is so valuable for me to read for news and comments. I think we are doing a pretty good job in assessing how things are right now over there. Sometimes I dream of my own roving report venture, travelling the region with a digital video cam and broadcasting live via the Internet from the streets and malls of Ho-chi-Ming City and all the other places, without commercial breaks, real people stating their opinions and feelings. That would be fantastic! Thomas
