Clinton, oh no, by no means did I suggest that the Asian crisis was manufactured. The gyrations in OUR markets were manufactured to a great degree by the doomsayers. No those Asian countries have a problem but even there this situation did not come out of thin air. That part was manufactured, using your word, by bad business practices. The banks and cos. who were mostly concerned to get market share instead of profit are greatly responsible. Now they need help. We are supposed to give it, well the IMF, but it should not be made too easy. I know if this stuff continues it would probably affect the whole world. We are all tied together now. But they have to be told to get their house in order. If you run your finances that way your household will be doomed also. I guess you would declare bankruptcy and I guess that's kind of what they are doing now. They want to be bailed out and the world probably has to oblige in self-preservation. Our financial guys and investors are there to a great extent, not as much in trade. It could get nasty if it does not get straightened out.
