BROKEN PROMISE #1 Dear martin, I am addressing this to you, because from what I can tell in the 5 minutes I just spent "catching up" on this thread, you seem to be the head cheerleader for NAMX now -- please do not take that as an insult or a compliment, simply an observation. I will preface this with: I have not come to a "firm" conclusion yet on the "new" NAMX. Postives (all depend on the "honesty" of the management at NAMX): 1. Association with KNE is good 2. Drilling results are good 3. Economical drilling is good 4. Increased buying of stock is good 5. Going to be a reporting company is good. Flip-side to Positives: 1. Association with Union Pac. was viewed as good for a long time, then what happened? 2. Has there been credible and confirmed analysis by confirmed, credible, independent, and non-benefiting institutions with regards to drilling results? 3. How has the economical drilling been paid for up to this point? 4. High trading at small prices leaves manipulation suspect. 5. Although "going to be" a reporting company is good, management ALREADY KNOWS how many shares there are, how many have been sold to fund the company and what funding has been used for, how many are authorized, who the major shareholders are and percentages, etc. And I would suggest that you, martin, call and ask these questions and report to your fellow shareholders as to the results. WHEN you call, I am sure you would agree that the answer, "we will be a reporting company very soon and all will be known" should not suffice. Should management have a problem with telling you this BASIC information or claim to NOT KNOW this information, my radar would go up like an EM-Sounder scan. Should YOU, martin, have a problem with doing this for your fellow shareholders (since you obviously have no problem spending time writing here on this thread to encourage others -- which is fine), then my antenna would go up about you as well. *** I am not posting this as a negative. I sincerely hope that everything will continue to improve, and that this will grow into a long-functioning company that makes a lot of money. I was asked my thoughts by an anonymous person, and here they are. Does anyone on this thread think that these are irrational thoughts and should be dismissed. If so, so be it. I was never one who liked to bury my head in the sand or wait until someone else garnered knowledge that I was capable of obtaining. I WILL NOT do it in this case because this is not my company at this point, and I promised not to intrude here. Although I have somewhat broken that promise, I don't feel it is done in a malicious manner, and I too would truly like to know the answers to some of these questions. If answered honestly (notice I did not say they must be answered like I would want them too), then I would be a big buyer once again.
