The company has up to one year to repurchase shares back; management
recently purchased 242,600 shares, bringing his total holdings to approx.
515,000 shares.

Gaming Lottery is not targeting the US market to make the casino available.
They feel there is just too much possibility of legislation being passed in
this country and therefore wil not target this market. Additioanlly, they
feel the potential is great enough in otehr countries to generate
significant interest/revenue.
