I agree. June market +6% (DOW) and S&P +4.5% . .companies getting better (increase earnings not reflected in lower PE's) or just money coming from all sources into the market (bubble?).

I have been buying REITs as well as timber REITs and other timber stocks, copper stocks (FCX) more as a play into the materials that go into building houses/apartments.

Now there is a move (mainly by left) to tax everything and/or give services away free w/ business paying the bill (wealth tax?)

Still think long term hard assets like real estate could be a place to hide if cost of ownership (property tax and/or special assessments) take all of your cash flow. So it will be very important to own locations w/ a friendly City/County local government (tax friendly).
