*AV* -- I just finished another real lengthy version of "Tidbits" that I have gleaned from the immense number of inputs I receive via email. This one is close to 40 pages and goes back a little more than a week and is in date order. It represents what I call "Random Thoughts" that swim around in my brain along with the day to day news releases and DD I do on financial sites. To post it here will take roughly 4-5 posts and might include some information that includes SPAM, HYPE, Emerging Technologies, Stuff from left field, Conservative stocks, R&D development stage companies, and things out of my area of core competence. Even at 40 pages, it is a summary of things that occupy my grey matter. I have quoted sources from where these came from and do not know if any of these sources have an issue with reprinting snippets from their works. For that reason, I will not post it on the public forum nor will I post anything that is fresher than 24 hours old until I know there are no issues. If you are interested in receiving this, please drop me a quick email request. If I know who you are, I will trust that any unintentional indiscretions will not be used against me, since there is no charge. Why am I doing this?? Well, for 1998 I decided to create an archive of interesting information that I can refer to. MSWORD has a search for text capability so access to the info should be easy. As long as I am doing it for myself, why not share?? I have no problem sharing information and some possible DD on subhects I research. As a matter of fact, I am 90% towards successfully implementing a Voice to Text program that will solve my "6 finger typing" issue (3 fingers on left hand now, 2 fingers on the right, and the right hand thumb for the space bar) and allow for me to get back into the "Commentary and Opinion" that has helped many an insomniac finally get some sleep. Down the road??? No, I do not think I want to put together a subscription newsletter or a website for pay. The money may be good but the hassles, politics, etal. may not be worth it to me. Even so, I would much rather have the fee be in terms of a charitable contribution to some worthwhile organization like March of Dimes, United Way, Red Cross, American Lung or Cancer Society, etal. And no, I do not think Sex Anonymous qualifies, Rachel !!!! <GGG> Andrew BTW-I just checked my recent avarage down positions (Dec 24th through today) and 80%+ have worked out fantastically (more than 15% gains with a few over 25%). The only dogs in the group really, are CFMT and CYMI. Not bad at all. Now comes the hard part, protecting these gains prior to the next reversal.<GGG>
