"my brother is a lawyer and that's exactly what he says"

He prolly bought one of my books; "Impeachment for Dummies" or "Legal Law for Aging Retired Lawyers". I've sent copies to Turley and Da Dersh, but it doesn't seemed to have helped them.

mindmeld, my buddy Bob, one of the smartest guys, I know commented as follows:

"Yes, VERY important.
When you change the nature of "speech", it opens it up to creative ways to temper it

and modify it, even crush it.

The Founding Fathers of the USA gave us freedom of speech, but that was
when speech came only from a person's mouth or written tediously on paper. All that has
changed now, with eruption of near-instantaneous means of speech that are electronic, and
move at nearly the speed of light.
It will take constructive leadership to assure people are still and always allowed to exchange
ideas over means like the internet. Hopefully, our "leadership" understands all this, and is
addressing the issue ."
