>>IOM has a history of (in order): pre-earnings rally, stagnation, individual frustration, and bailing soon after earnings. It is this reason I am getting out while the getting is good.<<

Rocky -

You can repeat this and repeat it, but that won't make it true. One look at the chart shows this is false.

Rocky, "it is the Mutual Funds who can really take a stock into the
stratosphere." You have a point there, and since IOM still has a
relatively low percentage of institutional ownership (~20%?), there is
plenty of room for big buyers. And if the little guys hold, the
institutions will have to bid up the shares to get them.

"I believe it is individuals who are driving up the price right now
(evident by the low volume and small trading blocks). Individuals get
frustrated and bail a lot quicker than Mutual Funds."
I always thought individuals were less likely to trade, hence
the smaller volume. If the individuals own all the stock, and
they are all bailing, how come there isn't a lot of volume? Who
is holding all the stock?

"IOM has a history of (in order): pre-earnings rally, stagnation,

"individual frustration" Is that the reason you are getting out
of the stock?

Very interesting:

Rocky blessed us with these words in post 44181:

>>>IOM volume is still nowhere near its pre-split adjusted average.
Remember, it is the Mutual Funds who can really take a stock into the stratosphere. IOM's lack of volume combined with its low price does not make it a very interesting candidate for these Institutions. I believe it is individuals who are driving up the price right now(evident by the low volume and small trading blocks). Individuals get frustrated and bail a lot quicker than Mutual Funds.<<<<

OOPS. I think you spoke too soon Rocky.
