Bullshit. Pure bullshit. Nobody can know that let alone you. The goal was to change pre-voting minds, not post-voting tallies. The campaign was to convince enuf people in swing states to stay home in disgust, leave the spot blank, or vote for anybody other than Hillary. Changing minds would change totals but you cannot admit that since the FBI and Mueller and Rosenstein all say it's bullshit and never happened. How can you change a mind and not the vote totals? Wharfie, How do you know it had no effect? Because the burden of proof is on you. I have already argued that the amount Russia spent on trolling, social media posts, and political coordination is but a small fraction of the total overall spending. They didn't do anything that other political influencers, either domestic or foreign, either public or secret, didn't do. But somehow those oh-so-clever Russians figured out a formula for having a greatly magnified effect on the election that would make both the Democrats and the Republicans envious. They figured out a way to spend the LEAST amount of money to have the MOST amount of influence. Clever guys, those Russians. Same omniscience was given to Karl Rove back during the George W.
