It's frustrating to have USA from the top down bleating about Huawei and then they actively attack Qualcomm and demand Qualcomm provide Huawei with free stuff. Not only do they [Lucy Koh the Korean in this case, whining like a fleet of 747s] attack Qualcomm, they also denigrate us.

Of course Huawei will provide all information to their bosses in China as they are legally required to do, just as USA companies are obliged to maintain secret supplies of all-your-data-are-belong-to-us to the NSA and co.

It's a problem.

If the USA would defend USA companies instead of attacking them then the USA would do better. But hordes of bludgers vote for opm so politicians and Loony Liberal Lefty judges like Lucy want "equity" blah blah blah.
