Not. Most of the successful people in Texas attended Rice, UT, SMU, and Texas A&M. Out of those schools, SMU probably had the most transplants but even so, they are predominately Texan. With mid level management, maybe you are right, but the business leaders predominately come from Texas. There are a few exceptions like Mark Cuban, but I knew many in Texas society and Texans dominate it..
