There are three numbers I'm wondering about.

1) Number of shares authorized (A limit on the total number of shares that the company can issue).

2) Number of shares issued ( those shares held by management plus the number of shares that are traded on the open market (the float)).

3) Number of shares in the float.

I think we have the answer to #1 and #3 above

Any idea what the answer is to #2??
