A reduction in a workforce frequently requires physical location of position chances. Any moron understands that. Where does that leave you? If Thomas Jefferson had a serious reduction in staff you might even have to work for a living.

the goal is the same in both cases: to force people to quit their jobs, thereby shrinking the federal workforce.
Excellent idea. The Federal govt is a bloated whale. Anything that can shrink it down to size is a major plus.
