Omar When will the reverse-split come into effect? At that point what will be the outstanding number of shares? I assume this will also include the converted debeture holders shares? I find it hard to see how a exsting share holder is going to come out with the dilution and a reverse-split. Omar can you inlighten me, what am I missing. Rich C
