Samsung products suck.

I bought a Samsung washing machine that was prone to blow up! It was recalled.

I thought they had fixed the fireworks so I got another.

It totally rusted out in 12 months. I returned it.

I bought a new kitchen stove at the same time. A Samsung that looked good however all gas went to right front burner.
They came to fix and could not. They refused to send out a second repairman.

My return contract specified if they could not repair within 3 repair visits, They would provide a new stove.

I Called attorney general and WBZ call for Action and had a new stove a week later.

Stainless steel wore off this stove.. WTF? it was painted stainless. Fighting with them now.

That was more than enough for me.

I never bought a Samsung phone and never will buy anything by them again.

Such pleasant experiences=lol

I never noticed the rust that was eating the machine from the inside out.
