Is anyone here still following PSTI. If so, you should know about the Phase 2 Trial in Covid-19. By October, and possibly sooner, trial results should be out. If it performs as well in trials as the preliminary info in compassionate use, I believe it will be a game changer for the treatment of Covid-19. All in the trial are on ventilators. I would hope that it's use would be permitted pre-ventilator, and ultimately for patients with pneumonia before hospital admission is required. The treatment won't be cheap, but compared to the costs in hospitals it could prove to be a tremendous saving if it prevents or shorten hospital stays, and of course saves the lives of nearly all who get it.
